Generate the first snapshot of Dcousaurus documentation from the latest source code, and commit to a relevant place in the repo. Enhance the release checklist to include Docusaurus generation (manual step)

Hey this looks like a cool first issue - is the doc you're referring to only the markdowns in the project? Or is it also about gathering documentation from comments?
