fix: issue of grafana agent blocking execution #162

@varex83 Since I don't have access to setting nor can generate PASSWORD for prometheus in cloud.

There're additional manipulations required:

  1. in nethermind-prom getting .PROMETHEUS_USERNAME & .PROMETHEUS_PASSWORD
  2. adding secrets.PROMETHEUS_* to secrets
  3. Update task definition by adding them
  4. Update task definition to map metrics port
