I cant get anything to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I open the server on my computer 
2. Connect the Wifi on phone
3. Put in the Password that shows up on my computer on the phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
" Connection Refused" every time and then when, I think I am getting some 
where I get a forced Close Pop up the comes up every time unless I 
uninstall and then re-install.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Computer: Acer,Vista.. Phone: HTC-Droid-Eris 

Please provide any additional information below.
This seems like the COOLEST APP EVER if i can just get it to work.. Please 
help.
