help document for charting service #2016

there should be documentation on the chart service to instruct about making time format string

Haha, that is a pretty crazy amount of documentation for it! We currently don't have a good way to include this in the help info... Maybe we could link to it somehow or something...

It might be worth looking at how we can provide more detailed information about the input types of the RPCs. Maybe we could include descriptions for each type and allow users to click on them for this type of information. This could also be useful for latitude/longitude (and link to an external resource/explanation of the concept).
