allow other sources #37

allow other sources for images instead of forcing an imgur upload, for example catbox.moe or kek.sh (or just any image source)

you can do this by adding them to the signed paintings text file that should appear in config sokewbere (i dont remember its exact name)

this is limited by default because its irresponsible to have clients readily download images from any source
