We should have some basic unit testing

We have only basic lint testing, we should add some unit testing.

Initial coverage:

• [x] add yum/apt repo
• [x] install agent
• [x] drops templated config file in place
• [x] replaces api key with specified value
• [x] starts service and is enabled
