Notes from refinement

"Splitting hypercert" is technically "splitting the single fraction of a hypercert" in the special case of the hypercert having 1 fraction.

Requirements

Next to every fraction of a hypercert, there's a button to split that fraction
See protocol/hypercerts-docs#19 for nudges in the UI
Users get meaningful, actionable error messages when something goes wrong

Contract

[x] Add available units to Hypercert entity in the graph
[x] Add Fraction entity to the graph. Should contain units within fraction, info about owner.
[x] Add split function to contract, with parameters for fraction id, and array of amounts to split to (total value of amounts should add up to value of fraction to be split, so new value for existing fraction should be included as well. FE: splitting token with value of 100 in 2 equal parts should receive [50, 50]).
