Added test file
Removed minting of claim token, event still emitted and URI is stored

@ryscheng it's no longer minted, the entry is stored at the URI for the ClaimToken (TypeID, etc) and there's an event emitted for indexing purposes. In theory, the ClaimToken can be 'burned' by wiping the URI and the values amount.
