[Admin-Create] ROUND EVALUATORS page for newly created round

Overview An admin that is creating a new IE round goes to the Evaluators page to create codes with which evaluators can join an IE round. When creating codes, the admin inputs the following:

• round code: text that an end user plugs in to join the round
• voice credits: number of associated credits that the code enables an end user to use when evaluating
• code limit: the total number of times in which that particular code can be used

• form submission checkbox: when checking this, a user must submit project in order to participate in the round as an evaluator

  Note:

• This removes the steps of an admin needing to manually invite all evaluators for a specific round. It makes evaluator signup (for a particular round) more passive and self-guided.
  • Unique round codes are associated with specific rounds in the same way that a 'discount code' would be for a specific event (on Eventbrite, for instance).

Note:

The unique round code can be input by a user using a [new] button added to the Dashboard page, which can be seen here.

Note:

When the admin clicks "next" on the prior ROUND DETAILS page, the Round Title gets updated for the remaining pages or screens of the round creation process.

In other words, the round title at the top of the EVALUATORS page gets updated from "Untitled" to "[The Name of the Round]" at the top of the page. This happens after entering the title and clicking 'next' on the prior Round Details page.
