Added qemu bsp for qemu qemux86-64. See meta-mion-qemu/README.md for
more info on building and running the image.
Due to issues with arm-qemu-arv7a support, the decision was made to port
qemux86-64 instead. To do this, OpenNetworkLinux was patched to replace qemu
arm.
