Issue with onlpdump hanging on shutdown: #45

A stop job is running for onlpdump .rm manager daemon (21s / 1min 30s)

The original ONL code uses a sysvinit script to start and stop the service and its not really clear how this should work in a systemd context link

For now, im going to dump this back in the backlog and we can decide later if its something we want to revisit.
