Documentation site needs copyright info footers #155

docs.mion.io should have copyright info for Linux, Yocto Project, ONIE/ONLP, and mion itself as footers. This can be added in Jekyll with a _includes/footer_custom.html for all pages.

Okay, I believe I now have all the information required, and after some formatting changes, I'll be submitting it for review.

We currently have a note on the front page of the docs, which mostly fulfills the need for the time being. While this should be revisited at some point, we can do so when more information is determined/available.
