How to reference releases for docs site #187

We need to decide how to reference the releases for the doc site. This is less about content, and more along the lines of the version selector, title/alias and the address.

For example, should it "mion.docs.io/2020.12/" or should it be ".../blasket/" ?

Going with how it's already set up, with the . for the address, and will include the title on the home page.
