Repurpopse imagetypes.md to outline container story #209

I repurposed the imagetypes.md page to talk about our container story - not sure if this is the right thing to do and it will need to be renamed and moved to the correct location before this can be considered complete..

This is just a first draft and probably needs to have a bit more detail added..
