Apply style-guide rules to mion-docs #226

Grep'ed my way through for potential issues. Capitalization passed. Didn't encounter incorrect variants of project or company names.

Note: This is for mion-docs, but does not cover the wiki, which will be handled in a separate patch.

This contributes to mion-docs #219
