switch to package_rpm #52

@toganlabs to test if debs work but default will probably have to be RPM or IPK

Strongly suggest that we consider not doing this - using an RPM based package manager has an implicit suggestion of compatibility with other RPM based systems which is not there and is not going to be there.. also - others have requested support for DEB as it is what they are using. Suggest we stick to IPK unless there is a strong technical reason for changing. @toganlabs
