dashboard import: link broken when choosing repo to add data to #133

no repo selected, click add data, list of all repos shown. choosing one redirects to home page

The import url is built by the RepositoryInfo class and adds a schemaId if one has been selected from the library. Need to make sure that the template selection still works after this fix.

opened #135 to check template selection part. closing this as fixed in commit https://github.com/NetworkedPlanet/datadock.community/commit/688ded06b603cc620c9ef76375209cd2fd3b2130
