Automated remote dev / live build process #136

Need to sort out some kind of build process for going live. e.g. commits to the develop branch automatically going live on the dev subdomain, and merges of the develop branch into master going live.

Not sure how much docker confuses the issue.

How easy would rollbacks be if a commit/merge is done in error or just causes unexpected behaviour.

Normal work uses gitflow and merge into master
Build from master to get an image to deploy to dev
Tag master to get a tagged image that can be deployed to live
