On the old (dev) site, loading up datadock.io/{ownerId} displays a list of repositories in same styling as the user's data portal pages.
This is the data portal landing page for all repos under an ownerId, and should allow search of dataset tags across all repos.
This was done by the proxycontroller and needs to be replicated on the new site
