Newest LMR registration (12/3) is provided on http://www.nesys.uio.no/LMR/ (WHS Rat+Rat CT). Creating a WHS-compatible linear transformation of the CT volume is the next step.

Excel calculations are done, transformation matrices are part of a doc. Utility is ready for testing at http://www.nesys.uio.no/QuickNII/WHS-SD-Rat.html
