QuickNII multiblock merger should not require users to select the same file multiple times #12

It is especially inconvenient as due to the underlying technology, web pages do not detect re-selecting the same file. Multiblock merger should record QuickNII data (XML or JSON) on first pick and apply it automatically to any subsequent block data entered.
