Brianna would like to perform quantitive analysis of hemibrains only with Nutil and wonders whether it's possible to implement support for export of hemibrain atlas maps either in QuickNII or VisuAlign (or automatic generation of binary masks to differentitate the two hemispheres). She has a lot of data, and the alternative solution - to manually generate masks with Fiji or something similar - is very time consuming. It would be great to have your input on this @Tevemadar

The current solution to this problem is hemisphere masks generated with QMask. We can close this for now. 04.05.21.
