Nutil validator - does not work for TiffCreator #193

Nutil validator does not work for TiffCreator datasets. I can't remember if we investigated here, it may be due to time stamp differences in Tiff files.

This is possible to fix but is not a priority now. For feature releases the TiffCreator feature should be tested manually.
