Problem with Atlas maps output with WHSv3 #224

A new user is reporting the same error as seen in issue #215 with wrong color output using WHSv3. The error was duplicated using Nutil Quantifier (v0.6.0) on a test datasets (PVRAT 25203) that has been working correctly using WHSv2. This bug need investigation on QuickNII WHSv3 output files. test_WHSv3_Nut6_0_ext-d000008_PVRat_25203_Samp1_resize15__s016_thumbnail_FinalSegmentation

Update on 16.09.2021. There is an error in the QNII version for WHSv3. It will be corrected.

Issue related to VisuAlign WHSv3-fix. Will be corrected in next release.

solved with Nutil v0.7.0 release 11.10.2021. User informed
