Nutil Quantifier 0.6.6 is not running with WHSv3 #225

Nutil Quantifier 0.6.6 is not running at all when selecting WHSv3 atlas. Two reference rat datasets where tested and they are running with Nutil Quantifier v0.6.0. There is no output and no error message. Reference files are found in the Nutil testing folder.

There is a bug in Nutil Quantifier 0.6.6 as it does not work at all for WHSv3. This is an issue for @leuat to look into.

We will continue testing after fix for bug in WHSv3 atlas.

Issue solved with release of nutil v0.7.0 on 11.10.2021
