[Bug] Outdated mamba version #624

Hi,

some of the CI seems to use a very outdated mamba version, which is causing tests to fail in #612 and #608 

package mamba-0.0.10-py27h770b8ee_1 requires python >=2.7,<2.8.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed
