[ ] Add RegionsTest.java in https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/neuroConstruct/tree/master/tests/ucl/physiol/neuroconstruct/project
[ ] Add unit test on each region type (RectangularBox, SphericalRegion, ConicalRegion, CylindricalRegion) to ensure isPointInRegion(), isCellWithinRegion(), etc. work as expected
