[Docs] Incorrect Repo #42

Insufficient: User Guide - Installation docs (link) point to incorrect starter kit to clone "https://gitlab.aicrowd.com/jyotish/neuralmmo-starter-kit". I believe it should be "https://gitlab.aicrowd.com/neural-mmo/neural-mmo-starter-kit".
