Change in setup behaviour, callback interface and other minor changes

What it is

My pull request does:

• Updates Hyperparameter space in "Hyperparams And Distributions" example and a few other examples
• Changes setup to the behaviour as described here
• Optimized the _inner_contatenate_np_array function and adjusted related steps. Updated documentation relative to those steps.
• Added the context as an argument of the callbacks
• EarlyStoppingCallback can now have metric_name specified if you want the early stopping to be condition on a different metric than the main one.
• MetricCallbacks can now pass the context as an argument to the metric function provided its attribute pass_context_to_metric = True.
• Corrected the AutoML n_jobs argument handling of the case n_jobs == -1
• Some tests function in the test_service_assertion,py have been moved to a test class as to ensure proper teardown.
• Updated and fixed plot_automl_loop_clean_kata.py, which allows us to close #491
• Fixed a big which broke AutoML's multiprocessing on python 3.6
• Added Time Series Processing notebook

@guillaume-chevalier This is weird, it looks like the tests are stalling. They all pass when I run them locally. Both in 3.6 and 3.8. Ever seen that before?
