Add dcm2niix interface that checks headers and post-process values

• PET: perform intensity normalization for quantitative analyses.
• DTI: check bvals, bvecs, also check gradient directions in header (for Eddy and TOPUP).
• fMRI: check slice-time correction parameters in header.
