Heya! I'm not sure if you guys want a scanner for content (images) in the bot to scan for NSFW content. If so, let me know and I'd be happy to implement it in the scanner cog.

It might be a good idea to let people choose between sightengine and nsfw.rest? I dont know if that is something that would be possible with the current scanner cog?
