Code from VRL-MembranePotentialMapping-Plugin needs to be integrated into the VRL-NeuroBox-Plugin.

Still not resolved: Random segfaults on Mac... (NewtonSolver fails somewhere, also only in case we don't use the MPM plugin, nor VDCC channels but only a simple Neumann Boundary condition (const!))
