fixed bug that prevented manually painting labels after using add_swc #5

Description

While previous PR passed all pytests, it was found that you could not manually paint a label layer after using the add_swc function.

Tests fail because of issues with Cirrus CI. All pytests pass locally on mac ox, python 3.7
