Integrate ICA into the pipeline, make scalable, fix convergence issue, make parameters changeable via web service, and allow users to select and remove components

reach: automated independent component removal

Update: basic automated independent component removal added instead of user-selected. will remove the 3 independent components which are the least correlated with the other independent components.
