Reorganize Repo

We've created a private repo (cldev) that Seelviz team members are now shared on.

Note: each user has their own folder for stuff. There's also a "stable" folder with working code, and an "alpha" folder for stuff that we're CURRENTLY working on. I'll be migrating "useful" stuff (eg: my stuff, and some of our shared Jupyter notebooks) into that repo.
