👍 Edit Docker container run pipeline and allow entry points and add code to upload to s3, (i.e. take in commands from batch to run and upload results to an s3 bucket.) @jonl1096
👍 Make .md file showing intermediary pipeline functions and processing along each step. Add tensor structure FSL generating process to pipeline. @toekneesunshine

👍 Profile pipeline (timing) and figure out where improvements can be made. @jonl1096
👍 Create latest ara3 csv to update version 2 to version 3, using JSON/CSV API call from Allen Rat Atlas. Updated run_pipeline to use new ara3 csv, demonstrate no "missing" regions. Updated region graph to have greater contrast and brightness (download link and open in browser to see result). @toekneesunshine

@alee156 docker seems empty? or just documentation is empty? either way, a good thing to fix :) @lukezhu1 i don't see any evidence that tensor estimation and tractography are working in pipeline? @jonl1096 same deal, any evidence that this worked?
