Dear @aswinnarayanan - I am not sure why the tag creation and image scanning started to fail. Both complain about not being able to find the image:

Fixed. Needed to skip container scan when changes aren't found on the new build. The error was caused because docker login was skipped during unchanged builds And container scan needs docker login
