define NmlId in LEMS defs so that it's also included in generated documentation #188

As in title, there's nothing in the docs to tell a user what a valid NMLID is---this is defined in the XSD schema

Now that I'm looking into it, I can't think of where it should go. I guess NeuroMLCoreCompTypes.xml where other such types (Notes and Property) are defined?
