signal quality indicator widget #16

related to this https://github.com/NeuroTechX/bci-workshop/issues/10 but opening a separate issue as it will be useful to have a widget to show impedance

actually muselab (takes osc stream from muse-io) shows little indicator on the top right. Maybe just document to use muselab? I don't know if lsl even streams signal quality

@jdpigeon I noticed that ble muse doesn't require muse-io, so we cannot assume that everyone following the instructions have muselab installed. then the question is that if muse-lsl supports signal quality data streaming... I guess not, after reading this issue https://github.com/alexandrebarachant/muse-lsl/issues/23

after some research it turned out quite difficult at this point so closing the issue for now. for signal quality just open exercise 1 or lsl-viewer.
