select channel by command line arguments #17

fix to this https://github.com/NeuroTechX/bci-workshop/issues/10. I have tested with muse-io and both [0,1,2,3] and [1,2] worked but haven't verified if it improved the classifier score...

plus shows svm score

potential problem with this svm score is that the output is immediately flushed by the svm results [0.] and [1.]
