Issue encountered on Windows using a new Python 3 Miniconda install.

Installing HDF5 tools didn't solve issue (and required a bullshit account registration).

Switching to Python 2 has allowed us to bypass issue

Python 3 miniconda seems to be working fine now according to several users.
