The webpage deploying is not working #575

The .workflow is not working anymore. I tried many things but failed to succeed. Both web pages need to be fixed. I cannot solve this issue, and I will not try anymore.

In the last commit that worked, this one, the job deploy_docs was skipped. But in the next commit, it was executed and failed, even though this commit did not change the .workflow

Do you know why it was skipped before?
