Fix #73 : Add page for acquisition and experiment control tools
Fix #67 : Add the OpenEphys GUI to the list of acquisition tools
Fix #77 : Add ArControl to the list of acquisition tools
Move MIES and VisioMode to the acquisition tools page
Update the README to describe adding of both analysis and acquisition tools
