add notebooks for NDRH #321

Did you make any changes to the matnwb tutorial? If so, should those changes also be applied to https://neurodatawithoutborders.github.io/matnwb/tutorials/html/read_demo.html ?

@rly The matnwb tutorial is the same, I just added section breaks to make it easier to run individual sections and a small variable name change so it didn't error if I ran the same cell twice.
