[Feature]: Make text that are links clickable hyperlinks #275

What would you like to see added to NWB Widgets?

There are a few fields of metadata like related_publications (DOI) and the url of IBL subjects that are hyperlinks

Might be a nice convenience to have these auto-format as hyperlinks so the user doesn't have to copy and paste it into the browser every time
