Vizualization: cluster the feature vectors after scaling/cropping and see if we can separate super classes. Use different techniques, especially t-SNE with different settings to try and get a good result (remember to use a random seed). Some kind of document required as output for everyone else in the team to see; suggest ipython notebook or similar.

Not happy with the result, may return to this later. Could be better to focus on smaller groups of superclasses than all at once. Anyway, likely not useful for modeling.
