Make an initial submission using the stacked RF method trained on keypoints from multiple detectors.

Requires closure of related issues

[ ] Neuroglycerin/neukrill-net-tools#76
[ ] at least two keypoint detector & descriptors finished
[ ] implementation in train.py and test.py, pulling from a sket.json settings file
[ ] predict and submit
