Saving best objective score #41

Currently monitoring misclassification rate in many of the YAML configs. Seems like we'd be better tracking objective as that corresponds to the log loss (I'm pretty sure) that we're trying to match on the leaderboard.

Did this and it improved performance. Should be standard practice for us. Should probably also save most recent model as well.
