Remove redundant sponsor logos #1029

Massive search&replace so that only the main introduction page shows the sponsor logos (this seems to be consistent with the new tutorial material for Climatematch as well).

Replaces #1028

fixed. notebooks in w3d5 showed some buggy behavior in their plots
