[feature] Autofollow accounts in .env file on new account creation #5

All new accounts follow each account in a comma-separated list of accounts given in the .env file as AUTOFOLLOW :)

OK I just tested this with and without the .env variable set and with a nonexistent username and it works, i'm just gonna merge this
